5 Reasons to Visit Printed Cup Company at Caffè Culture 2026
We’re heading to Caffè Culture Show 2026 on 29–30 September, and you’ll find Printed Cup Company on Stand D16 at the Business Design Centre in Islington.
The show brings together businesses from across coffee, cafés and hospitality, with plenty to see across the two days.
We’ll be there with a selection of our printed cups, including hot cup and clear cup options, and Ollie and Grace will be on the stand throughout the show to talk through projects, ideas and anything you might have coming up.
If you’re attending this year, here are five reasons to come and see us.

1. See the print quality properly
Printed cups are much easier to judge when you can actually pick them up.
A website image can show you the design, but it doesn’t always show the finish, colour depth or how the print sits on the finished cup.
We’ll have a range of samples on the stand, so you can compare different styles, finishes and formats and get a much better feel for the end result.
2. Compare different cup options
We’ll be bringing examples from across our range, including double-wall hot cups and rPET cups.
That gives you the chance to compare different formats side by side and see what might suit your drinks offer.
Whether you’re serving takeaway coffee, iced drinks, smoothies or seasonal specials, it’s useful to see the options in person rather than trying to work everything out from a product page.

3. Get some inspiration for your own branding
Cup design can go in a lot of directions.
Some brands keep things clean and simple. Others use the print area to make the cup a much bigger part of the overall look and feel.
We’ll have a mix of examples with us, so you can see how different colours, layouts and artwork translate onto the finished cup.
Sometimes seeing a few physical examples is all it takes to spark an idea.
4. Talk through a project face to face
Some conversations are simply easier in person.
If you’ve got a new venue opening, a rebrand, a seasonal campaign, a new drinks menu or just feel like your current cups need a refresh, bring the idea with you.
Ollie and Grace will both be at Stand D16, so you can talk through the options, ask questions and get a clearer idea of what could work.
You can also get a quote at the show if you already know roughly what you’re looking for.
5. Meet the people behind Printed Cup Company
If you already work with us, the show is a good chance to put faces to names.
And if Printed Cup Company is new to you, come over and introduce yourself.
Trade shows give us the chance to have the conversations that don’t always happen over email or Teams, hear what businesses are working on and see what’s changing across the industry.

Why visit Caffè Culture Show 2026?
The show brings together businesses from across the café, coffee and hospitality sector, with suppliers, products and ideas all under one roof.
It’s an event we’ve attended before, and for Francine, our Commercial Director, that’s part of the appeal:
We have done this show before and you always leave with something. New ideas, new suppliers, and a much clearer sense of where the trade is heading.
Francine Kenyon, Commercial Director, The Printed Cup Company
For operators, it’s a chance to see what’s new, discover suppliers and pick up ideas to take back into the business.
For us, it’s also a chance to hear directly from the people using printed cups every day and understand what businesses are looking for next.
A little extra for show visitors
If you’re visiting us at Stand D16, we’ll be offering 20% off first orders from new customers placed at the show.*
Not quite ready to order on the day? We’ll also have a 10% offer valid for the week after the show, so you’ve got a little time to think it over.*
Both offers are for people who come and see us at the show.
You don’t need to arrive with print-ready artwork either. Come and see the cups, talk through the options with Ollie and Grace and we can take it from there.
**T&C’s apply.

Minimum order 500 for double wall, 1,000 for single wall. The split comes from how the cases are made up rather than anything to do with the printing process.
Standard lead time 12 to 14 working days from artwork approval and payment. Express turnaround is available, so talk to us about your deadline. Foiled cups have a longer lead time, confirmed at quote.
Artwork setup is £85, including three revisions. It is a one-off charge per design, so a reorder of the same design does not carry it again.
