HRC 2026 London Excel Montgomery Events Printed Cup Company

The Printed Cup Company was proud to exhibit at HRC London 2026, held at ExCeL London from 30th March to 1st April 2026.

As the UK’s leading trade event for the hospitality and foodservice industry, HRC brought together thousands of operators, suppliers, and decision-makers from across hotels, restaurants, cafés, bars, and catering businesses.

A Key Event for the Hospitality Industry

HRC London forms part of Food, Drink & Hospitality Week, one of the largest gatherings of its kind in the UK, attracting over 25,000 industry professionals and showcasing more than 1,500 suppliers.

For us, it’s not just another exhibition, it’s one of the most important dates in the calendar to connect directly with the people who use our products every day.

From independent coffee shop owners to multi-site hospitality brands, the event gave us the opportunity to have real conversations about what businesses actually need from their packaging.

Showcasing What We Do Best

At our stand, we focused on what sets Printed Cup Company apart:

  • Fast turnaround times that help hospitality businesses react quickly
  • Low minimum order quantities, making branded cups accessible to everyone
  • High-quality print finishes that elevate brand perception
  • UK manufacturing, ensuring consistency, speed, and reliability

Visitors were particularly interested in how branded cups can go beyond function—acting as a powerful marketing tool that sits directly in customers’ hands.

Real Conversations, Real Opportunities

One of the biggest benefits of exhibiting at HRC London is the quality of conversations.

This isn’t a show where people are casually browsing, it’s a room full of operators actively looking for better suppliers, smarter solutions, and ways to improve their customer experience.

We had conversations with:

  • Growing café chains looking to standardise branding
  • Event and catering companies needing flexibility and speed
  • Established hospitality groups wanting to elevate their customer experience

It reinforced what we already know: packaging plays a much bigger role in brand perception than many businesses realise.

Across the three days, a few clear trends stood out:

  • Increased focus on sustainability and recyclable materials
  • Demand for premium finishes (foils, textures, standout designs)
  • Faster turnaround expectations from suppliers
  • Brand consistency across multiple locations

These are all areas we’ve heavily invested in, so it was reassuring to see the market moving in the same direction.

Why Events Like HRC Matter

Face-to-face exhibitions still matter—especially in a fast-moving industry like hospitality.

HRC London gives businesses the chance to:

  • Discover new products and innovations
  • Build relationships with trusted suppliers
  • Stay ahead of industry trends
  • Make confident purchasing decisions

For us, it’s also a chance to listen. The feedback we get at events like this directly shapes how we continue to develop our products and services.

Looking Ahead

Exhibiting at HRC 2026 was a fantastic experience for the team, and we’re already looking forward to future events.

If you visited our stand—thank you. And if you didn’t get a chance to speak with us, we’re always here to help.

Because at Printed Cup Company, it’s simple:

We don’t just produce cups. We help businesses put their brand in their customers’ hands.
